Refund policy
Damages from Shipping: If your order arrives damaged from it's journey from us to you, please take a photo of the product(s) in its original packaging to contact@happymelonsco.com along with your invoice number and delivery date. We will allow up to 72 hours to notify us, failure to do so could result in no refund or exchanges.
I'm not a happy melon: If you’re not a happy with our product(s) ordered, please contact us at contact@happymelonco.com, submit your reason of unsatisfactory and we will do whatever we can you make you a happy melon.
Exchanges: Due to hygiene reasons Happy Melons does not require you to return products to us.
Products: All Happy Melons products are handmade to the highest standards, this means that each batch may be slightly different in color, scent, shape..etc. However, every product will be as description and 100% perfect.
Allergies: We use a variety of different ingredients, all are natural, organic and cruelty-free. Ingredients include essential oils, jojoba, olive, coconut oils, dried flowers. Please read description and label prior to use. If you experience irritation discontinue immediately.
